Minimum Requirements University degree in Economics, Statistics, Rural Development, Social Sciences or related technical field; At least five years of professional experience in a relevant field of work, with a background and interest in humanitarian assistance and international development. Working knowledge of English and Arabic (oral and written) is required. Capacity to take initiative, and suggest modifications in the process Ability to plan, organize, implement and report Good communication, writing and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
