About the job:

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Planning Engineer.

Your responsibilities:

Direct onshore filed development (green / brownfield) planning team in producing efficient planning reports
Through understanding of Field Development Activities, Benchmarks & Norms of Oil & Gas industry
Expert level P6 user with logical development of schedules based on existing “Scope of Requirement” documents
Able to direct Survey, Engineering & Construction teams to meet Client targets
Verifying and checking the planning performed by contractors & ensuring that it is aligned with the Clients integrated field development plan
Analyzing the problem areas and proposing solutions to project delivery team for timely completion / mitigation of project risks
Developing, executing, and maintaining the reporting procedures and ensuring that they are aligned with the Client’s requirement
Maintaining schedule on behalf of client and reporting progress at a regular frequency
Supervising the updating of all plans for monthly reporting
Preparing reports for the incorporation into the consolidated Client regular reports

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

Qualification/ Certification:

Expert level user of Primavera P6
Advanced Excel user
Intermediate Risk Analysis Skills (Able to develop the basis of schedules)


Excellent oral and written communication and skills.

Core Competencies:

Engineering degree
15 + Years of Oil & Gas experience and 10 Years in Oil and Gas
Strong Mechanical knowledge
Should be able to initiate and lead completion of project
Should be able to lead the planning in coordination with ROO Project / Delivery Managers
