Objectives: A content creator is responsible for producing written or visual information for content marketing platforms, like social media or blogs. Responsibilities: Researching industry-related topics that align with the company’s clients’ objectives. Conduct Content Strategy plans for monthly/quarterly content (approach, goal, objectives, copywrite tone, and visual theme) with metrics to measure the strategy efficiency on a monthly basis. Preparing well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms. Creating and distributing marketing copywriting, subtitling, and translation to the client’s inquiries and platform needs. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for client’s offline and online marketing materials. Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings. Assisting the Production, Creative and Digital team with the design, videos, and copy of promotional materials. Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives. Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems. Monitoring social media and client’s platform metrics. Utilizing SEO methods to increase engagement & traffic. Suggesting new ways to promote client’s objectives and to reach audience. Create and curate a variety of content types, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, printable design, case studies and other types of content that align with the client's messaging and audience. Monitor and analyze the performance of content to make improvements and adjustments as necessary, using data-driven insights to inform content strategy and maximize ROI. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content, coordinating with other teams to ensure that all assets are delivered on time and on brand. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company's voice across all platforms. Continuously evaluate and improve the content creation process and workflows to make them more efficient and effective. Submit a Monthly Analytical Report for the metrics and numbers of the digital platforms of the client. Skills & Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role. 3-4 years of experience. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems. Excellent writing and editing skills in Kurdish, English and Arabic. An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces. Time-management skills.
